REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 For the purposes of this Refund and Return Policy:

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Den via NSIXTY Trading Company Ltd., 101 King Street, Fort Smith, NT X0E0P0.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

CLASS PASS REFUNDS

Drop-in Classes: We will issue refunds to You up until 2 hours prior to the start time of the class. No refunds will be given to You within the final 2 hours prior to the start time of the class.

6-Week Series Class Passes: We will issue refunds to You up until 48 hours prior to the start date of the 6-week series. No refunds will be given to You within the final 48 hours before a 6-weeks series begins. There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed classes within a 6-week series. Non-shareable and expire at the end of the class series.

5-Class passes and 10-Class passes are non-shareable, non-refundable, and expires 1 year from date of purchase.

Workshops and Registered Courses: We will issue refunds to You up until 48 hours prior to the start date of the workshop or registered course. No refunds will be given to You within the final 48 hours before a workshop or registered course begins. There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed classes within a workshop or registered course.

All fees are subject to GST and are in Canadian Dollars.

RETAIL RETURNS 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

The Goods are in the original packaging

The Goods were not used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Restocking Fees

If you change your mind about a purchase and return an item in original condition with unopened packaging, within the return window, re-stocking fees may be waived.

If you change your mind about a purchase and return an item in good condition with opened and intact packaging, within the return window, a re-stocking fee of 20% will apply.

If you change your mind about a purchase and attempt to return an item in poor condition or with damaged packaging, within the return window, the return may be denied or a re-stocking fee of 50% may apply.

Returning Goods

Goods must be returned to Us in store.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
